How do I take care of my jewelry?

Caring for your Pebbles & Chance pieces can be simple and easy when remembering a few things:

Remove your jewelry during certain activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising.

Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with harsh household chemicals like hairspray and chlorine, and make sure to store your jewelry in a safe dry place.

Storing your pieces individually in soft pouches can help to avoid scuffs and scratches as well.

How can I can clean my jewelry?

To clean your jewelry you can use a polishing cloth by gently rubing the surface of your piece. Never wash your polishing cloth as it will loose its effectiveness, and keep out of the reach of children.

A non conventional way that we love to use, specially for rings and bangles, is rubbing the pieces on the beach shore. The sand and salt water truly makes them shine!

Can I have a piece resized?

Because most of our pieces are one of kind we offer resizing so you can get your hands on the piece that you love.

Please note, this can be done with the majority of our jewelry but they are exceptions due to the nature of some of the pieces.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time can vary according to your country.

Approximately goods can take:

3-4 days delivery to Spain

4-7 days delivery to Europe

7-14 days delivery outside the EU

I am in a rush to receive my goods. Is express shipping available?

Certainly! If you are in a hurry to receive your goods please select express delivery when you make your purchase.

Express delivery takes 1-3 days to arrive and it is an extra service you will have to pay for.

How can I track my goods?

As soon as your good is dispatched you will receive a notification with the tracking number. This way you will be able to follow your parcel until it arrives!

Orders & returns questions

Do you accept returns?

Yes!

From the moment you receive your goods you have 7 days to notify us if you wish to return the item. Then you have another 7 days to ship the goods and provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive the goods we will kindly issue a full refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Let us know through the Order Notes in the Cart if you have any special requests like gift wrapping.
